"I've had state farm in the past and have had many pleasant integrations. My company utilized state farm for our commercial vehicle policy. They admitted that this is a new process for them and that they didn't quite have the structure setup for such a policy, but they made it work in the end. We requested online access, we were denied. We requested digital copies and were told they weren't available only for them to email them over when our CFO got involved. I don't believe this accurately represents state farm as a whole but rather the efforts, or lack there of, of their service manager, Idalia. I had to make my own spreadsheet to keep track of our policies, because she would consistently forget a vehicle. Id ask for a list of corrections or confirmation, only for her to fix one but not the rest. It wasn't made apparent if the issues we were having was due to state farms policy or due to mismanagement. I hope that they evaluate either the training that she has been given, or the tools that she is using to stay organized. There is a crack somewhere."
